We had a great first-time kayaking experience thanks to the friendly, helpful staff who made us feel safe the whole time. One child loved kayaking, while the other enjoyed spotting fish, so it was a win-win for our family. Thanks for a really relaxing and enjoyable experience!
The staff were very friendly and professional. Safety first! The kayaking was great. Fish everywhere. Alot of fun, for nonswimmers
Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review of your kayaking experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you had such a fantastic time out on the water. It's great to know that our staff were friendly, professional, and made safety a top priority. That's exactly what we strive for - to provide an incredible and secure adventure for all our guests. And it sounds like the kayaking itself was an absolute blast, with so many amazing fish to observe up close. As a non-swimmer, we're pleased to hear you felt comfortable and stable in our kayaks. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're delighted you had such an enjoyable outing, and we hope you'll come back again soon for more awesome adventures on the water. Thanks again for choosing Clearyak!
The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the day we visited was overcast and cloudy, and we weren’t able to see any fish—either through the glass boat or from the sides. This wasn’t the fault of the team; it just happened to be one of those days. I’m not sure the $150 for a one-hour session is justifiable, especially with an additional $9 charge for a wet bag for your cellphone. Most other places provide these bags free of charge as a courtesy. That said, it was still nice to paddle around for an hour. I wouldn’t call it amazing, but it was okay.

fine
Tour guides were lovely. Couldn’t really see through the kayaks, found myself peering over the sides a bit more.
