Great Hospitality, Small Portions & Order Issues
Service & Atmosphere are very better. The chef and staff are incredibly friendly and kind, which made the atmosphere pleasant. However, there are some aspects to be improved. Firstly, the rice portion was too small. The rice did not fill the bowl and was about 2 cm below the edge, and the bowl itself was small. Secondly, because the rice was not enough for me, I ordered sushi with prawn and salmon. However, sushi with prawn and chicken was delivered instead. After I reminded the waitress, then she confirmed the order with another waiter, so the correct sushi (with prawn and salmon) was delivered. Even though the issue was resolved, the overall dining experience was affected. Moreover, the sushi portions were also smaller than normal sushi.

Not very happy really
I felt quite disappointed in the way we got treated by one of the staff members we were a group of 4 adults and two children under 2 My husband is from a different country and the way the waitress showed him attitude wasn’t listening to what he order and because we had a special voucher for this restaurant I feel like she treated us unwell. Unfortunately it just made our whole meal experience not good and when it come to eating by the time the last two people got there food the first two had finished this is very un organized and not a nice experience for us all

We had an excellent experience at Tony’s Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole evening feel special. The food was absolutely outstanding — a true 10 out of 10 in both flavor and presentation. Every dish was cooked to perfection and full of taste. The atmosphere was amazing too: warm, inviting, and the perfect balance of lively yet comfortable. I would highly recommend Tony’s to anyone looking for great food, fantastic service, and a wonderful dining experience!
