Fabulous place

stephaniea2 said... Thoroughly enjoyed tour. The hour went by v fast. Guide very knowledgeable and knew about every artwork on the walls. House in immaculate condition down to all the original cutlery, china, silverware etc. Fabulous oak furniture, silk embroideries, oils and watercolours by nz and european artists. Nice gardens and an immaculately restored vintage car too. I didnt realise but you can book for a private high tea in the house if you are in a group of 20+. Very reasonably priced. It would be a fantastic experience.
