Fantastic!
We were welcomed by a friendly staff member and invited to have a cuppa and take in the amazing views from the balcony as our spa wasn’t quite ready. The hot pool views were fantastic of the Shotover river and surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and warm. Being autumn it would be good to have something to wipe feet before getting in. We loved it and we highly recommend

Average
Facilities are a bit aged and questioned the cleanliness of the spa. It was just a normal spa pool but outside, no drinks/snacks offered and no views of the river unless your standing. It is expensive for what it is. You’re better off spending a bit more and going to Onsen for the full experience.

Gorgeous views! Clean and tidy! Seems like a nice view than Onsen because there is no crappy water tanks on the hill to see. Just grass and nature 🤩
