They also did not have enough kid jackets, resulting in my 5 year old wearing a jacket which was two sizes too small. We spent 20 minutes of our 1 hours session there as the kids were just too cold as a result of the improper clothing having been provided to us. You are also asked to show up 10 minutes before the session, but then they keep you waiting outside for the 10 minutes before they open the stoor up. So why then have us come early? I am a bit disappointed with the money spent, as it simply was not worth the visit.
