Staff at check in were really lovely and helpful and Chris our driver and guide was friendly and professional and put our minds at ease. Our 6 year old daughter enjoyed it in particular, sometimes she can be a bit fearful going fast but was loving every minute. I found I had to hold on to her with one arm as she wasn't quite big enough to plant her feet down and push back into the seat, she probably would have been ok but I was worried I would lose her overboard. The 60 minutes was well worth it, I think 25 minutes would have been too short. We were worried that we didn't have the right gear, wore out puffer jackets and they were perfect, didn't get too wet but I was glad I wore leggings instead of jeans
