totogirl said... My sister and I did the canyon swing and it was fun from the beginning. The guide was awesome, engaging and friendly from the beginning making the whole group comfortable. After a short walk and an easy process of getting harnessed up, we got to choose how we were launched and watch the other group members have their swing. Staff were knowledgeable, fun and definitely tailored the experience to each member of the group. My sister and I had a good laugh with the staff members before, during and after our swing which added to our experience. Can't wait to go back, would highly recommend! I would also like to comment on the booking process as my mum had booked through bookme.com and there was an issue with availability. We were contacted by the staff very promptly via phone call here in Australia and they accommodated our needs to fit in with the Shotover Jet which we had booked for the same day. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Thanks again.
