The tour guide James did a wonderful job! And despite the rain I still had a great hike on the island.
We thoroughly enjoyed the museum tour with our guide Libby, the Site Manager. She is a beautiful New Zealand native who is passionate about her museum. Her professional, enthusiastic presentation could not have been better. Thank you Libby.
Ngā mihi (Thank you) Peter, I'm so glad you enjoyed your experience here at Wellington Museum. It was lovely to have you both along. Enjoy the rest of your travels and best wishes! From Libby and the rest of the team at Wellington Museum
It was cancelled and they forgot to tell us . It was particularly disappointing as we flew to Wellington edpecially for the trip. They are supposed to be giving me a full refund .
Great tour. Museum guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Matiu sommes Island was a lovely peaceful destination. Totally enjoyable. Only thing that could be useful to tell visitors to the island is there are no rubbish bins so leave your waste on the boat, also no toilets on the island

Great tour plus great trip to the Somes Island. I can feel the genuine enthusiasm our guide Eason has towards the museum when showing us around
