This was our first time visiting so we weren’t sure what the to do from the get go. We managed to get our passes for the gondola from the worker at the cafe. We then asked where we were supposed to go as the normal access for the gondolas was closed off, to which she replied she wasn’t sure and to find a worker outside, there was so many people there we couldn’t identify who was a worker. We did attempt to go back to the cafe to find out what to do but it was still the same lady we initially had spoken to and there was a line up and time was ticking along. Our first time going there with no signage we could see, especially among the large amount of people there, and no help for the general public. Especially with a massive event they had running was not helpful at all and we did ask a staff member which you would expect they would be able to help you. Very annoying as we had already paid for this. I had explained all of this in an email to them in which they could not offer a refund or another alternative no apologies either. Just money hungry and they dont seem to care about paying customers, highly disappointing the whole situation aswell as how it has been dealt with. Not good enough I say, unfortunate as I am sure the view from the top would be nice.
